Information We Collect

Information you provide directly, through contact forms, creator applications and brand inquiry forms, may include your name, email address, phone number, social media handles, follower count, engagement statistics and other audience data you choose to share, niche or content category, company name and role (for brand inquiries), payment and bank details (only where required to process a payout to a creator or an invoice to a brand), and any other information you voluntarily include in a message, application or contract.

Information collected automatically, when you browse the website, includes IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, pages visited and time spent on the site, collected through Google Analytics and standard website cookies. Full detail on this is in our separate Cookie Policy.

Content and campaign data, where you are an onboarded creator, may include footage, images, drafts and final content you produce for campaigns, performance metrics from completed campaigns, and affiliate link click and conversion data where applicable.

Why We Collect It

We collect and process this data to respond to inquiries, evaluate and onboard creator applications, match creators with relevant brand opportunities, manage active campaigns and partnerships, process payments and invoicing, track affiliate marketing performance, and communicate with you about Eclipz services. We do not collect data beyond what is reasonably needed for these purposes.

Third-Party Tools We Use

Because Eclipz relies on external platforms to operate, some personal data is processed by the following third-party tools acting on our behalf. Each is used only for the specific purpose listed.

• Webflow - hosts our website and processes basic visitor data as part of standard hosting
• Google Analytics - tracks website usage and visitor behaviour in aggregate
• ClickUp - stores and manages creator application data, campaign workflows and internal project tracking
• Microsoft Excel - used internally for organising select creator and campaign data
• EverFlow - tracks affiliate marketing links, clicks and conversions for affiliate campaigns
• Adobe Sign - facilitates electronic signing of creator and brand agreements, and stores signed contract data
• Microsoft OneDrive - stores creator-submitted content, footage and campaign assets

These providers are contractually and operationally bound to use your data only for the purpose we've engaged them for, and not for their own independent marketing or resale purposes. We choose providers with reasonable security standards, but we do not control their systems directly and encourage you to review their respective privacy policies if you wish to understand their own data handling practices.

We do not use any live chat widget, email marketing tool, or advertising/retargeting pixel on the website at this time. If this changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, your consent will be sought.

How We Share Your Data

If you apply as a creator, your relevant information, such as your portfolio, audience data and content samples, may be shared with brands we are actively pitching you to, but only as part of a process you are aware of and have agreed to through your application or onboarding.

If you submit a brand inquiry, your information is used to respond to your campaign needs and is shared internally within our team and the third-party tools listed above, but is not shared with creators beyond what's necessary to execute a campaign you've approved.

We do not sell personal data to any third party for their independent use, under any circumstances.

We may disclose data where required by law, in response to a valid legal request from a government or regulatory authority, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Eclipz, our creators, our brand partners, or the public.

Payments and Financial Data

All payments related to Eclipz services, including creator payouts and brand invoicing, are processed by Creative Cuddle via direct bank transfer. We collect bank account details only where necessary to complete a payment and retain this data only as long as needed for that transaction and for legally required financial record-keeping.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by applicable Indian law, including tax and financial record-keeping requirements. Creator application data that does not result in an active partnership is retained for up to 24 months in case of future relevant opportunities, after which it is deleted, unless you request earlier deletion or ask us to retain it longer. Signed contracts and financial records are retained for the period required under applicable Indian law.

Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated data
• Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format, where applicable
• File a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India if you believe your rights have been violated
